These are the changes I noticed in Stormwind Keep
The new throne room of the King of Stormwind.
The Prince of Stormwind Auduin Wrynn is growing up. He's not the cherub faced boy from before Cata.
King Varian Wyrnn had a quest : Hero's Call: Redridge (low level)

Looks like something to do with Mount Hyjal
I also got a quest from a little girl named Alicia to deliver a poem to her friend in Shatt.
