I went to Northern Stranglethorn Vale today. The creatures are lower level 20s. Rebel Camp is the Alliance northern flightpath. Fort Livingston is the lower flightpath.
Corporal Bluth is still there, selling Roast Raptor and Jungle Stew Cooking recipes.
