The first thing I noticed when I entered Westfall from the road instead of flying in was a bleak atmosphere.
Crime scene quest. I remember doing quests for the dead couple. The lttle crimebot was cool.
New residents of Westfall: the homeless, orphans, and transients. Bleak...kids robbing the dead for their shoes.
Sentinel Hill is built up.
No more Defias in Moonbrook. Now we have thugs and hustlers lv 11-14.
Lots of sleepies going around Moonbrook.
Entrance to the Deadmines.
